My story

Born in a chemo room.
Built for patients like me.

Breathe for Cancer didn't start with a credential. It started with a diagnosis and one breath that brought calm to the chaos when nothing else would.

Why we exist

The one thing cancer couldn't take

When you hear the word cancer, the world narrows. Calendars fill with appointments, your body stops feeling like yours, and the future becomes a question mark. In all of it, breath remains — the one steady thing, always available, always free.

I learned that breathing on purpose, with others who understand, changes something. Not the diagnosis — but the way you carry it. That discovery became a mission: to gather breathers with cancer from every corner of the planet into a single, shared inhale.

Led by lived experience

My mission

To create the world's largest synchronized online gathering of breathers with cancer — proof that no one faces this alone.

The movement

The real thing

This was never theory. It was lived.

Through diagnosis, chemo sessions, surgeries, integrative treatments, and a LOT of time spent in bed — breath was the constant. These are real moments from the journey that became this movement.

Gentle by design

How we breathe

Built for real bodies, in real treatment

Every session is designed with treatment in mind — seated or lying down, no breath-holding, no force, no judgement. Whether you're newly diagnosed, mid-chemo, recovering from surgery, or years into remission, you'll be met exactly where you are.

This isn't about fixing you. You aren't broken. It's about giving you back a sense of agency, a community that gets it, and a moment that's entirely yours.

Be part of it

This movement is missing one breath. Yours.

Add your name and we'll let you know when the audio library, membership and our first synchronized global breath go live.
