Online group sessions

Breathe as one. Across the whole world.

A small group of us, in different rooms and different countries, inhaling at the very same moment. This is the heart of the movement — and the closest thing to a hand held across the distance.

What it is

A live breath, held together

Each session is led live online and built for people in treatment and recovery: gentle, seated or lying down, with no breath-holding and no force. You can keep your camera off, lie in bed, and simply follow the voice. What you can't switch off is the feeling of breathing alongside everyone else who truly understands.

As we grow toward our mission — the world's largest synchronized online gathering of breathers with cancer — these sessions are where that record will be set, one breath at a time.

Cameras optional · always gentle

What to expect

Simple, soft, and made for you

20–30 minutes

Short enough for low-energy days, long enough to feel the shift. Come as you are, leave a little lighter.

No experience needed

If you can breathe, you can do this. Every step is guided out loud, with nothing to get "right."

Treatment-aware

Designed with oncology in mind — gentle pacing, plenty of rest, and permission to stop anytime.

A real community

Optional space afterwards to share, or simply to sit together in the quiet. No pressure either way.

Replay access

Can't make it live? You'll get the replay to watch whenever you need it most.

Certified guide

Kari is a double certified trauma-informed somatic breathwork practitioner.
